
Altimix Sound Services offers a couple of simplified packages for Private & Corporate parties, Anniversaries, Class Reunions, Weddings, and/or Receptions. Large or small, we can accommodate you! We have found that keeping things simple makes it much easier for event planners. Our packages can be "customized" in many ways to help suit your needs. Please keep in mind that modifications will be subject to extra charges depending on what is being requested or needed for your event. We also do Powerpoint slideshows to add your memories for that personal touch.

A $100.00 non-refundable deposit and signed written agreement of service(s) is required to completely reserve your event date. The deposit will be deducted from the total and the balance is due in full 30 days before the day of your scheduled event unless other arrangements have been made with us in writing. We operate on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. So once you have made an informed decision, we highly recommend that you submit the signed agreement & deposit right away. If your event is already reserved by another party, we will return any monies paid for the deposit back to you. If your event is cancelled, your deposit can still be applicable to any other event you would like us to do for up to two years after previous planned event provided the availibility of a new chosen date is not already reserved by another party. With all the years of experience and events conducted, we know what types of music will work and which one's will not.

We will be glad to provide all of the music for the wedding ceremony & reception. This includes the seating/background music for the enjoyment of your guests and wedding party. We charge extra for performing the ceremonial music for a wedding service because of the amount of time that can be involved waiting for guests to show up, to be seated, waiting for the start of the ceremony, all the way to the end of the ceremony itself, can easily run over 2 hours or more total time outside the reception time we will be conducting for you. This may also involve time of setting up and tearing down of extra equipment if the ceremony is going to be held at another location away from the reception. This will help in keeping your reception entertainment time maximized! And it prevents the addtional per hour rates from adding up or exhausting the amount of entertainment time planned for your reception. So you end up saving $$$ all the way around.
Our Wedding Reception Packages includes a professional DJ/Emcee, digital music played through our quality sound system, and our large library of music consisting of thousands of selections of all types of popular music from past to present! Suggestions, Requests and Dedications are welcome! You are also free to use our wireless microphones and sound system for any "public address". Our wedding reception packages can be upgraded to have sound-activated lighting, bubble machines, fog machines, and/or mirror ball. Please let us know if you wish to have some or a lot of guest participation. We have many games and gags we could perform that brings out the laughter and make great picture & video moments!

Our extensive library of ceremonial music will provide a personalized atmosphere for your ceremony – from solemn and sacred to festive and outrageous!
